  • Prenatal Support

    Our prenatal sessions are designed to give you knowledge, confidence, and peace of mind throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. During these visits, your doula will meet with you and your partner to explore the stages of labor, discuss comfort techniques, and walk you through creating a personalized birth plan—all while building a supportive relationship that empowers you for the big day.

  • Labor Support

    As your doula, I will be by your side throughout labor, providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. I’ll help you with comfort measures, positioning to encourage labor progression, and techniques to stay relaxed. I’ll also support and guide your partner and family so they feel confident and involved—always in the way that best reflects your wishes.

  • Postpartum Support

    Soon after your birth, I’ll visit you in your home to check in on your recovery and make sure you feel cared for and supported. During this visit, I can assist with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding guidance, answer questions about newborn care, and offer tips for rest and healing. I’ll also be there to listen—providing emotional support as you process your birth experience and adjust to life with your baby. My goal is to ensure you feel confident, encouraged, and never alone in this new chapter of motherhood

  • Customized Birth Planning & Preparation – Work one-on-one with me to create a birth plan that aligns with your preferences, ensuring your vision for labor and delivery is honored.

  • Pregnancy Education & Ongoing Support – Receive tailored education, guidance, and phone support for all your questions and concerns throughout your pregnancy.

  • Continuous Labor & Birth Support – I provide hands-on emotional and physical support during labor, available for in-person births in Orlando or virtual support when needed.

  • Postpartum Care & Newborn Guidance – After delivery, I help you navigate recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding with confidence, through both in-home visits in Orlando and virtual consultations.
